To ensure entry to trick-or-treat, tickets must be pre-purchased online. If tickets are sold out, entry may not be possible.

Tickets are only valid for the appointment date and time indicated on the ticket unless you purchase the flex ticket.

Cider Hill Farm permits cancellation with at least 48 hours. After that time, tickets are non-refundable. The farm will retain 25% of any tickets refunds processes to cover processing fees.

​We are an outdoor event, dependable on mother nature. We are open rain or shine! The weather may be different than where you are, so always come prepared with rain- gear umbrellas and proper footwear. In the case of inclement weather, the farm will communicate any changes by 8 am the morning of the event.
